Who can apply
- Individuals or teams with solar PV installation experience
- Experience with inverters, batteries and basic electrical systems
- Ability to work professionally and safely on site
- Based in or willing to work in Nigeria, preferably Abuja and surrounding areas
- Valid means of identification
- Good communication and customer-service skills
Certification or prior verified projects is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

- Install and commission solar systems, residential and commercial/SME
- Support maintenance and after-sales service
- Work with the PowerAccess team on project delivery
- Uphold safety and quality standards
- Represent PowerAccess professionally on site
